If you are like me, and the moon bothers you a little*, you basically have two options to get rid of it:
1) Call up Gru and ask him to have his minions steal it (again).
So i just just removed all moon references from my template (I was using a custom downloaded one anyway) and it worked just fine.

Is there a way to _not_ see the moon? Or at least reduce its size?
You need to create a custom template for that. Copy your favorite template inside ~/.xplanetFX/templates, make sure you have [templatename]/config/* in place (if not copy it from ~/.xplanetFX/config) and remove all sections of [moon] you find in the config files.
